Default $1700 over invoice for a 225 roadster

Hi guys, I'm trying to get a 225 roadster with the audio pkg and premium pkg. The dealer is offering me $1700 over invoice, with the cargo net thrown in for free. I'm wondering what fellow TT'ers have paid recently... Is this a good price? Thanks so much guys!!

btw, I'm not getting the optional 5-spoke 17" wheels(same as the ones that came with the 2001 models) 'coze I don't want to pay the extra $5xx. Are there performance advantages to the 5-spoke wheels when compared to the standard 17" 6-spoke wheels?

Yup, there lighter. Worth it IMHO. As far as the 1700. over invoice, sounds pretty decent.

Default Yikes! Not in this market

I think the dealer is playing you. I bought my 01 TTRQ in March of last year and paid $500 below sticker for the exact car I wanted through a broker.

With all the car makers offering 0% interest and the high competition, you should not have to pay over sticker.

Default Don't do it

You can certainly get away with $1000 over invoice.
