Is the 05 going to be a new body? If so, I'll wait for it to replace my 01 225TTQR

NO, no new body style until 07 at least, when it may become a mid engine.

Default I spoke with the dealer when buying the 3.2 and this is what he indicated.

So, I am pretty sure. It will be based on the VW mid engine concept released a month or so ago (not the LeMans)

There made be some minor body revisions, but I think we have seen those in the 3.2 TT. I would considered that the mid production cycle update.

Default sorry but i think your wrong. Of course the dealer will tell you a new body style is years away

he wants you to buy the car he has now, not wait just a year or two for a new body style.

Again, sorry to rain on your parade, but many do see the 3.2 as a bandaid for the TT sales slup until the new body is here in 05. By no means does this make the 3.2TT bad...its still awesome, so enjoy it.

Default Where have you ever seen that there will be a new model for 05

First off you would think we would have seen spy photos by now, considering 05 models will come out next year. Any yet we have seen nothing.

If the 3.2 is just a bandaid for poor sales you would think they would plan to sell more then the 1,000 to 1,500 they are bring state side.

And I had alread bought the car whe we spoke about the new TT. The sales person, a friend is a TT junky at one of the permier dealerships in the country, so I do think he would know what he is talking about. (I know a dealer who actually know somethig, is a suprise to all of us)

Default You're all wrong! The new body style release is going to be 2008. TT was suppose to be...

redesigned in 2005, but it got pushed back.
