Default 1.8T Quattro massive coolant leak

Video of the said leak. It leaks between the firewall and the engine somewhere between the transmission (the part that sends the power to the rear diff, don't know the real word for it in english), and exhaust manifold . Seems to be on the engine side. Already checked the plastic water flange on the other side of the engine, but it's not that.

Any idea what could leak there?

coolant hose/pipe is likely assuming no cracked engine block or cylinder head or gasket.

But that plastic flange on the end of the cylinder head is a known weak spot. Low cost part. Replace it anyway as you will probably snap it working on finding another leak anyway.

The part you can't name is called the "transfer case"
