Was at the grocery store this afternoon and as usual was flipping through my favorite car mags.<br>The July cover for AUTOMOBILE magazine is 2001 sneak peeks. As I am flipping through the magazine, there in front of me in the 2001 sneak peek section is an AUDI TT !! I stopped dead in my tracks and even though it is only a paragraph long, here is what is says:<br>Audi will soon unwrap the TT roadster, and with a little luck the even more exciting TTS will be in the dealer showrooms in less than two years. !!! Like the original rear-engined NSU TTS, the 2001 TTS is a go-faster version of what is already a pretty quick automobile. The engine choice is undecided, but the first possibility is a turbocharged V-6, much like the Volkswagon New Beetle RSi show car's 350-bhp, 3.2 liter VR6. The second alternative is a heavily modified 300-bhp version of the existing 225-bhp, 1.8 liter turbocharged four. Option number three is a turbocharged five cylinder that requires mild repackaging before it will fit in the transverse installation required for the Audi sports car.<p>Well there you have it. We should see a 300 hp TT in less than two years. Go Audi !!!!<p>-Rick

No, as sson as I get my TTQ225, It'll produce more than 300, I'll be shootging for around 400hp, my understandgin is 500HP is Ok before you start to hurt the stock parts.
