YEA HUM if the answer to every problem is "Andy is not the service manager"...
I think I know where I'd look to make some personnel changes.

no, It is not the answer to every problem you are correct.But I can make enough changes to prevent this stuff from happening again.I used to work for one of the largest Bmw dealers in the midwest. We had problems to,simlar to this one But I can fix this too Any thing is fixable even problem cars too.Thank you for your Imput to,sir.

I know who you are.Your not the problem.
It wasn't Andy that helped me the last time I went to the dealer. It was the other gentleman. I took him for a ride he actually heard the noise and still had the nerve to give me that lame excuse. Why do I need to call you? You already know my problems with my car. The last time I came in you looked up my file and saw the amount of times I came in for the same pumping noise.
I just gave a lot of business to you guys from GM ordering parts from you. To think I get treated this way like I'm some kind of little KID. I'll make sure I'll tell the ordering department to not deal with you guys.

Why should I go back to you guys?
I've been there 5 times for the same problem, And still it has'nt been fixed!!!
