AC and Radiator Fan Not Working Overheating - HELP!
I have two problems that I desperately need help on for my 2003 Audi TT 1.8T.
I have two symptoms:
1) My A/C only works (blows really cold air) when I am driving and and using the gas pedal. When i stop or idle the AC turns off and is blowing hot/warm air.
2) My car is overheating after 5 minutes of driving. My HVAC readout shows a gradual climb from a temp of 80 to 121 and above. My radiator fans are also not coming on when I am in idle or when i stop the car.
I am frustrated to no end and am not sure if what it could be? Any suggestions? Should the fans be coming on while its in idle? I've searched all over the forums but seems like it could be a multitude of problems.
My cluster has recently been serviced by BBA-Reman for a high fuel guage and is already reinstalled. Shouldn't be a problem since i just got it fixed.
1) fan control module?
2) AC pressure switch
3) fan radiator switch
4) a number of temp sensors? but i'm not sure which one.
