just outside of Salisbury, but the hail hit us good!! the lightning is still close, but i did manage a run out to the TT to check for hail damage (no garage!)... no broken windows at least... can't tell about body or paint damage until daylight.

<deeep breath> Now i need a drink..............

i've done one hurricane down in FL... i'm not sure which i'd choose if i had to! :-(

Now that's one piece o'weather that I haven't done yet....it's worse than a tornado, right?

Tornado comes and goes pretty fast. A hurricane can stay around for hours and just keep pouding you with wind and rain, not to mention the tidal surges if you are near the coast as some of us are! lol Hell, nor'easters are almost as bad in some ways a a hurricane. We had a 4 foot WAVE go down my street a few years ago!

and by the time it got to my area, it was borderline hurricane/tropical storm. but i *really* thought the windows were coming in any second.

<siiiipppp> ahhhh a triple-tequila margarita will cure those shakes... oooh yes. feeling much better already. LoL
