Can anyone help me I am looking for the location of the airbag ECU in my 2000 TT coupe engine size 1.8 Thanks

I could look in the Bentley manual, but it's at home. I'll look it up later if you still need it.

Thanks apparently I need a new one as the airbag light is on and wont reset. is it towards the front of the tunnell or towards the back seet as I need to get the part number

I was quoted $900 to replace the part. ($500 for the part and 3 hours of labor.) I complained to Audi that this is a safety issue, and even though I was out of warranty, this is something that I shouldn't have to pay for. They agreed to pick up 1/2 the cost.

I'll look it up at home tonight.

Not There I removed the tunel over the weekend any ideas where else it could be located?
