Alarm problems.

Alarm problems.
I recently had my serpentive belt replaced, my alternator, and battery. Since then my alarm keeps going off without any reason. I cannot lock the car because if I do the alarm automatically goes off in a few minutes. Even when the car is unlocked, the alarm will still sometimes go off. What should I do? It's hard to sleep when I have to keep hitting the keyless entry button every 5 mintues.
Also I am really starting to get fed up with my TT. I really like the car, but the reliability has been absolutely terrible. I was the one who had to have my engine and tranmission replaced a few months ago. Since then there has been a host of other electrical problems. Now my alarm is driving everyone crazy. It makes me afraid to keep owning this car because I don't know what else is in store. I really think I've got a lemon.

Do you have access to a VAG-COM? It could prove very helpful in finding a low or no
cost solution. Unfortunately, it sounds like teh master alarm controller has picked up an "accident" signal. You can reset this with VAG-Com.
