according to R&T, these are for sale in europe, no you can't afford one.
They will probably run w/ restrictions (restrictor plates/added wt.) if they can/have to.
No it isn't fair. They really didn't fit the class. Racing is about finding the loopholes in the rulebook allowing the most unfair advantage.

Too bad, love to watch them trash the p-cars.
