Default This is apparently a big mod with the 350Z crowd....

personally I'd like to be able to ground my car while waxing it to keep all of the dust generated from removing the excess wax off of the nice clean paint

Or use a synthetic "wax" ... no dust. :-)

Default Someone on Vortex did get a few hp at the dyno...

But not enough to be statistically significant so to speak. Maybe 3-5whp. Oh, and they're just stereo power wire. So you might as well use that or cable for welding. And they guy redid ALL of his ground wires I think.

Default it cant hurt, have you seen the whimpy ground location on the TT

gonna do it out of principle, you own the car for any length of time..it will cause some problems if not piece of mind. I laughed when I saw it.

Default with a few 100 feet of copper wire and some assorted electronic

you might get the car to repel the dust..when you figure that out, work on something for the wheels :P

Default You're absolutely right...

Honestly.. I'll probably do it eventually because of a monster stereo system.
