Default Any suggestions how to remove fuel line protector in engine bay?

I'm 3 slow weeks into changing my timing belt from a botched belt job about 50K miles ago and I'm having a tough time reattaching the engine mount bracket to the engine. It's catching on a black box that looks like it's protecting the fuel, supply, & return lines. Any suggesting on how to remove that box?

Thanks,
Jeff

Sorry, first time poster. I have a 2001 180HP FWD with an AWP engine if that helps.
