Anyone with Audi/VW dealer Connections???
I purchased a used GIAC chip. Dealer will not supply codes to reprogram my chip. Local GIAC dealer won't install second hand stuff. I just need the SKC, Date generated, and WSC for my Immobolizer code. I really would appreciate some help. Thanks!!!!

that's the reason why i can't sell my stock ecu for an 01 225
it doesnt work..
i had another ECU that i kept stock and had this one chipped GIAC. when i traded in my 01 i put my stock ECU back in it, and then returned this ECU to stock. Then traded in my old GIAC hard chip for a new flash program on my 04.. that part worked out but, now im stuck with an 01 ECU.... paperweight
codes codes codes.... bleh

Re: Dumb question, what does the dealer have to do with GIAC chip codes??
Dealer needs to take my current car Immobilizer code and provide me with a secret code, work shop code and date generated to reprogram the GIAC chip.

I might be in the same situation. Do all TT's have an immobilizer code?
Mine is an early '00 TTQC. My car didn't even come with immobilizer keys. Not sure they have anything to do with eachother. I did recently buy a second hand GIAC chip. Never even tried to install it as of yet. Just way too busy. But was told that as long as the end code on my ECU matched the code on the GIAC chip, I would be fine. That still remains to be seen.
