Default Anyone do lemmiwinks and race gas?

Thinking about taking the TT to the drag strip just to see what she can do.

I don't think lemmiwinks will help all that much. You need proper tuning for the race gas.

I beg to differ. Lemmiwinks will allow you to up the timing; one of the key gains of race gas.

Default but the timing advance is for the entire RPM range. I'd think that it would help in some areas and

hurt in others. I would imagine that proper programming is really needed to take full advantage of the race gas. Do you have any hard data to show that lemminwinks alone provided substantial gains? It would be awesome if that was the case :-)

Default the increase in timing would be realized over the entire band...race gas isn't RPM biased...

unless I'm misunderstanding your point. I can show you a dyno where only timing was increased and more power was realized. Is that what you are looking for?

Default if you say you have a dyno, thats enough for me. I don't need to see it but I would be curious to

know how much timing was added and what the gain from it was.

Default 3 degree increase in timing using race gas netted 39hp and 26tq

Default cool, sounds good. I have a race program in my ECU so if I get my hands on some 100oct I'll do a

dyno to see how much a proper chip gives. Although it will be difficult to do a proper baseline.
