anyone else having problems downloading this particular tech bulletin..

i would like to read this but computer freezes up after download; other bulletins load fine

DTC 16795 is secondary air injection malfunction of which a few have appeared on this board.
Worthy of reading but, I can't download it either. The site has been flakey of late. We were even denied access at one point on a policy change.
