Default I might be wrong, but I don't think that this applies quite the same. I believe that the exhaust

manifold outputs to the turbo. That being said, headers are not necessary and likely cannot be fit due to fitment constraints. Anyone have any info on this? I think the only upgrade upstream from the cat would be the downpipe. Any experts?

Default specify what you mean, typically *headers* are for normally aspirated

motors. Exhaust flow is more of an art on NA motors.

just curious if it was possible, but as I further read it sounds like a Down Pipe would be the idea I was looking for.
Can someone please explain exactly the benefits of a downpipe??

Default i am kinda confused here too...

i have a comptech header arriving today for my integra. <img src="http://solar.innercite.com/comptech/media/270008.jpg">
i was looking through my helm manual (similar to the bentley for audis it seems) and it looks like the top half replaces the exhaust manifold and the bottom half replaces the a-pipe. is that the distinction is between "exhuast manifold" and "header"?

for turbos, i pulled this picture from the howstuffworks website. <img src="http://static.howstuffworks.com/gif/turbo-plumbing.gif">
would the air intake fit on the inside of the turbo and the downpipe on the outside of the turbine? the downpipe then feeds into the cat (or directly to b-pipe)?

thanks for the clarification.
