This was discussed back in May, and I heard about this window firmware upgrade to squash some of the TT's window bugs, but naturally the dealer's never heard of this. Sometimes I think they're the last to know. Anyone have a tech article number or more info on this?

Went in for this months ago and they said they wouldn't do it because of the "aftermarket radio problem", which I've since corrected, but before I pull that baby out for them to upload, I'd like to make sure they can find the firmware to upgrade.
