Default I believe there are (2) types of windshields....................

OE and aftermarket. If memory serves me correct, the aftermarket one has the wrong location for the rearview mirror.

Default correct, I went with the non-oem and the mirror is higher- almost touches the roof

after about 2-3 months I am totally used to it, honestly never been an issue and with the cost of the OEM I can handle an inch higher on the mirror

Default Yep, mine's a model year "2001.5" (ESP, oval mirror). I think all the 2002s on have

what I need a picture of. I think the guy stuck the mount on upside-down, and the glue disc thing is round and reveals an ugly gap when viewed from the outside. And it's too low on the glass. And it has bubbles. Other than that, it's great.

Default Ther are supposed to be 2 windshields. But the company that installed mine...>

said they can't get the correct one for my 2000 (rectangle rearview mirror). Audi might still make them. I had the glass guy remount mine lower about 3 inches.

It's hard to take a pic at night in the garage with the flash bouncing off all the glass!
