you need little fingers
to get into the area where the clutch bleeder is... i can't believe you've not done the brakes yet! <grin>
you can use vagcom to cycle the ABS pump but i never bothered (yet) because i bled mine so frequently because the car was tracked so often...
I'm assuming the 225 and APR'ed 180's are the same

From service manual :
Ensure bleeder hose is correctly fitted during bleeding operation.
- Switch on bleeder appliance.
Working pressure 2.0 bar
- Open the bleed valve -arrow-.
- Bleed approx. 100 cm3 brake fluid.
- Close vent valve.
- Operate pedal 15 times from rest position to stop without interruption.
- Bleed another 50 cm3 brake fluid.
- Tighten vent valve to 4.5 Nm.
- Remove filling device from brake fluid reservoir.
- Operate clutch pedal several times after completing venting procedure.
- If necessary, vent once again
