Anyone with neuspeed sway bars on their TT quattro?

A thicker than stock rear bar can promote oversteer and can lead
to a rapid no warning snap oversteer condition. Although many on the board have the thicker bar and enjoy a more neutral to slightly oversteer type drive, i would caution you to reconsider this part. On the street unless you drive the car on the edge the effect wont be extreme but at high speeds, irregular bends and on the track you could snap the rear out. It is very difficult if not impossible to catch it once its gone out at high speed do to the lack of power of the stock motors and the unforgiving short wheel base. Ive seen a TT snap out in front of me on the track, believe rear bar was to blame. I think others might have a difference of opinion....but ask yourself this...how good a driver are you?? If you can utilize the increase rear movement effectively do it....but remember its easier to recover from understeer as opposed to oversteer...just trying to save you an expensive visit to the body shop....No flames for those who have the bar...these are just my opinions...

Yes and Yes.....Many of us here have done this mod.....>>
The TT has lots of inherent understeer. Adding the bar will neutralize most if not all of this.
The key to it all is balance. Springs/tire pressures/shocks/alignment etc. Just don't throw parts on and expect it to be better. IMO, the bar was in the top 2 of mods done to my car (Bilsteins being in that group). I come from 911 Porsches, so I like light feel, quick turn in and no front scrub. The bar will do this for you for a measely $200 or so. Email me for complete install tips.....
