I would be in -- they have 2 chips a Stage 1 and a Stage 1+. 1+ = 23psi peak hold at 21

Correct me if im wrong.. I know apr is pretty stingy about their boost

but Revo can be adjusted to put out those numbers to. Of course pushing the K03 to/past it's efficiency rating. Sure the car is cold, turbo is cold, you throw it up there for a little bit and numbers look great! My revo test run was 23 lbs and settling at 20. My actual APR is 21 peak and settles down to 13/14. Every does it a little different....
