Default AoA does it again... DENIED!!! The service manager at the dealership I go to was willing

to replace my "worn out" leather seat. Unfortunately, when my car was there today, an Audi of America rep was visiting. The rep looked at the seat and told the service manager that the seat was still in good condition and that it WILL NOT be replaced under warranty. The rep stated that there needs to be more wear and signs of cracking or tearing before it can be replaced. The service manager at the dealership called me and apologized like hell saying that there was nothing he can do as the rep himself denied replacement under warranty. Just my luck!!!!!!

Default How are they going to replace...

your time. Audi customer service seems to have little or no respect for that commodity.

Default If you really wanted to make a stink

and felt the problem is that bad, I would get the reps name and call him/her yourself for an explanation.

Default Well as someone who's had his leather replaced - be thankful as the color won't match and now I have

to find out what they are going to do!

Things happen for a reason, perhaps?

Default I just can't believe they didn't notice the color difference before taking off the original!

It's very very noticable. So i'm stuck now - and it's up to the wonderful OTS. Did you get his name per chance?

Default That sucks big time, Joe. Hey, can you check out the pics of my car and

since you have had H&R and Bilsteins installed on your VW in the past tell me if my car looks like what yours did? You mentioned that H&R maintains the factory rake, but everyone here seems to think that the rear is too high. Here's the link to the pics:

https://forums.audiworld.com/tt/msgs/436191.phtml</a

Let me bring my dogs over one day. You'll get the seats replaced that afternoon!
