without the power of public exposure would APR take action. Perhaps> Perhaps not....

Default Are you truely that clueless or do you live in a world with a different colored sky?

Freedom of speech. Squeaky wheel gets the grease. A satisfied client tells 3 people while a dissatisfied client tells 30. Public Forums. Freedom of information. Public knowledge and ability to research a product and our right to know prior to spending our money on a company's product.

If everyone acted like you and kept their problems to themselves then we'd never know about any issues. I guess the timing belt issue and cluster issue should just be kept between Audi and the particular owner it happened to?

The last thing I want is people to act like you and keep knowledge to themselves. Either your ideals are misplaced or you haven't had a whole lot of exposure to the real world.

And that's my RANT about my opinion.

Trent

Default Considering this is the group they would sell to, they better make him happy, or no more sales.

And, then no one at TT-East will get to see it, meaning again, lost sales.

If I were APR, I would be stepping up in a big, big hurry to get this guy's car fixed.

Default Had to be said, I don't dislike the poster, just the thought of supressing information

We are all entitled to our opinions and sometimes those opinions are 180 degrees different from someone else's. And I didn't want to be so harsh but I really can't see any logic behind withholding information from those that can truely use it.

Default They either fix it or the product is dead - end of story.

Regardless of who is at fault, APR had to realize that half of their damn market was watching and awaiting the results of Chris' upgrade. Jeeez.... how long did it actually take to get the kit developed????

If it was me, that motor would have been bulletproof!

Default Excellent! I hope that you revise your kit to reflect all of the things that should be done

to beef up the car.

I have no idea what the hell a lifter is, rings etc... I google the terms as I read them.

I was under the impression that this kit could be installed and run reliability without having to do anything drastic.

Obviously this is not the case.

How much should I expect realistic to spend so that my car doesn't blow up on me?

I am glad that you are standing behind your product and helping Chris resolve his issues.
