There have been incidents where the email address submitted with payments have bounced back - without a valid email, we can not confirm your payment.
Also, if you are submitting your payment via snail mail, make checks payable to "TT West" and sent to P.O. Box 5045, Pleasanton, CA 94566. Please include your email address along with an itemized list of event/merchandise requested.
