Default Audi TT Exhaust now black?!

<center><img src="http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j307/Loungelo/closeup.jpg"></center><p>
I got into a car accident with my Audi TT 2004 225hp, and the body shop told me that the original chrome exhaust is no longer available, and they have replaced/enhanced that part with a black exhaust. Can someone confirm if this is true, or if the body shop is trying to rip me off or just be lazy.

Default Huh?

TT exhaust was never "Chrome". The body was, and always has been, plain stainless with chrome tips though. I think he's mistaken...

The UK "sport" had black tips though I believe, but that was a very limited offering..

Default Looks like the "Sport" model...

(in finish only, nothing sporty about the actual exhaust) They're probably ordering the wrong part..
