Audi TTR vs. S2000, M Roadster, and Boxster S in latest Road & Track.
September issue.
At least the TTR consistently gets into the 14s in the quartermile. I was troubled by the low mph in the test in Motor Trend, but it showed a 14.8 sec. at a respectable 93 mph (I think it was 14.7 @ 94 in C&D).
The test did happen to note the drop in power as the temperature elevated.
Otherwise, as a racetrack mount, it's sorta outclassed by the more powerful rear drivers... Still interesting reading, however, and another test for the pile.
