B&M Short Shifter
I just install this thing and never ever recommend this install to anyone. Changing parts on a F-15 jet at work is easier than this. it wouldn't be that bad for a FWD but AWD forget it.

Couldn't disagree more. Just did mine on the weekend and if you take your time and follow the
directions it went very smooth. The difference combined with my Neuspeed short shift kit is AMAZING!! Certainly not as easy as the Neuspeed or DG install, but not as bad as I thought.

Relatively stupid question here
I just noticed that you said the difference combined with your Neuspeed short shift kit is amazing. Can the B&M short shifter and Neuspeed short shift kit be combined? I have always been a bit confused on this because I think they operate differently. Thanks.

yes, they can be used together. The Neuspeed changes the shift linkage up in the engine where the
B&M changes the shifter located in the car. The combination give you and incredibly tight fell and the gears just click into place. Not for everyone, but pretty awesome.

so can the diesel geek short shifter and the b&m short shifter
can those two also be used together since the diesel geek changes the shift linkage and the b&m changes its position in the car?
