Default battery completely dead, what should i do?

it's out of warranty, should i go to the audi dealer to fix or should i go through somewhere else like sears or something?

Sears, or an Optima 34R should be able to be sourced easily..

Default Dealer will charge you 2X Sears or Optima

Go to Sears and get either the Die Hard or the Optima.
