BFGoodrich KDW 2 > Kuhmo Ecsta MX

BFGoodrich KDW 2 > Kuhmo Ecsta MX
Just got new tires. That's my verdict. Warmup time on the KDW's was nil compared to what it seems the MX. Cost aside, the KDW would be the way to go because the traction isn't even comparable.
Final cost for the Kuhmos was 352.80 (108x4-$40 rebate-10%) versus 583.20 (162x4-10%). This doesn't include the $80 installation, but all of those costs would have been the same between different brands. Yes, they're cheaper. But the treadwear rating on the Kuhmo tires is 220 vs. 330.
Final verdict -- KDW > MX. I guess if I would have bought them at Discount Tire, I could have returned them. Though, I probably wouldn't have thrown them through a plate glass window like in the commercial
