I started with 5 on the front and 6 on the rear and I have been happy so far. They have been on less than a week.

I had mine set to 8 front and 9 rear, did 500km for them to bed in, then...
...switched to 5 front and 6 rear, just like EjcTT. Had some terrible knocking sounds from underneath right after installation, turned out it was the rear wheelarch liners. Gave them a good high-pressure wash and everything is fine now. After a couple of hundred kms added, I did a 4-wheel alignment. Only drawback is rear camber, need to get a K-Mac kit or the Forge rear arms kit.

I'm running my rears slightly stiffer than my fronts on my KWVII's
40% stiff on front and 50% on rears which equates to the number of turns of the dial on my Koni's. I like the rear a little stiffer - adds a little oversteer back into the equation.
