Default Borla Exhaust installed

I had my Borla exhaust installed at Velocity Motorsports yesterday. I purchased this through the group buy. Velocity did a great job installing it (about 1 hour). It has a deep throaty sound, most noticeable at idle and between 2,500 to 3.000 RPM.

Photos of Borla after installation

Default Great looking pictures (exhaust, of course)

I had mine installed by velocity about three weeks ago through a group buy by Scott Berry (thank you Scott!). Joel, the person who installed my Borla exhaust and Bailey DV, was very professional. I highly recommend velocity to anyone.

BTW, do your exhaust tips stick out about 1/4 of an inch when they are hot?

I have the same exhaust, and love mine too. Yeah, it gets a bit, ahem, rowdy, at 2.5-3K :-)

Default The tips stick out a little more than the stock ones.

Joel said that was about as far in as they would mount. I have not noticed a difference when they are hot, but I will check. The tips hang down a little more than than I would like (about 1/2")from the cutouts. I will try to move the brakets up this weekend.

Default That was exactly what I was about to mention...

..try to get that beast a little bit more upwards into the cutouts. Then it should be perfect

Cheers, Kai
