Default Bose Frequency

Hi, I have an itrip and need to be able to select a quiet frequency manually on my original Bose stereo. I can't figure out how to do it, it stays in seek mode and tunes in the next radio station. Any info would be great. Ta.

Default Hold the button in for a little bit. Then you can tune manually.

The definition of a little bit is probably in the manual.

Default Which Bose Radio do you have? Give this a try....

1. Turn off radio.
2. While pressing and holding the FM2 or TP button (whichever is appropriate for your radio version), turn on radio.
3. The display will show a parameter that could be adjusted.
4. Turn the volume control **** to change the setting.
5. Press the FM2 or TP button to advance to the next adjustable parameter and you can use the volume **** in the same way. Repeat this until it cycles back to the first mode.
6. When you are done, turn off radio, the setting will be remembered the next time the radio is turned on.

Your looking for the "SENS" Station-scan sensitivity (DX/LOcal) function.

I was able to get the menus up you wrote about. I changed them but they had no affect on the frequency selection. I was able to manually change the freq by holding in the freq button for a few seconds and then turning the dial to a quiet freq. Thanks.
