Default Bunch of newbie questions

So, I picked up the car - 2000 Quattro coupe - and it's fresh off-lease. 80,000 miles and a few dents and scrapes but it was really cheap - $16K. Stereo doesn't work but I assume that's a fuse. Key remote's battery is dead and the instructions in the tech section don't work for programming the extra key I bought, I guess I'll have to take it to the dealer...

Anyone know a decent body shop in Toronto?

How hard is the timing belt to change? Any special tools involved? I've usually done all the work on my own cars and I'm generally very handy.

Besides the belt, anything else I should pre-emptively replace? I didn't get a service history with the car so I just assume nothing was done. Drives and rides beautifully, no squeaks or rattles, so I'm not too worried.

I need some replacement trim items, like on the glovebox. Where's the best place to find stuff like that online?

Thanks for any help you might offer, I really enjoyed the 300-mile drive back from picking it up! Nice to finally have a decent car.
