California License & Registration Fees?

California License & Registration Fees?
OK, dumb question. Californians:
I've been all over the CA DMV and government web sites (twice actually), sifted through all of the .pdf files and online vehicle code and I CAN'T FIND THE &%#$@ FEE SCHEDULE FOR NEW AUTO LICENSE AND REGISTRATION!!! I checked everywhere I could think, every auto buying site around.
Why I can't remember, I can't say, but can anyone tell me the formula for calculating CA license and registration costs on a new car so I can arrive at a proper "out the door" cost for my TT on order? Also, because delivery is technically part of the "sticker" cost of the car, is it subject to taxation?
Any help, advice would be much appreciated...
Thanks!

The California Board of Equalization is your state agency (more)
in charge of vehicle registration fees.
The link to the Adobe documents you need is below.<ul><li><a href="http://boe.dgs.ca.gov/ptlg.html">http://boe.dgs.ca.gov/ptlg.html</a</li></ul>

Finding the document (more)
Once you get to the site above, click on
"Table of Contents" tab at the bottom.
Go to Page Two
Go to "Division 2. Other Taxes"
Click on Part 5.
Think that's what you need.
