Can't find drain holes, passenger footwell soaked..
AGAIN.
Haha, I'm so sorry guys, I just CANNOT find these drain holes, does anyone have a PICTURE or anything...
I feel like an idiot, but I just can't see them, when I peel the plastic back I see the cabin filter area, and to me it seems the water could leak in there pretty easily... I don't know maybe I'm just oblivious to them and they are staring right at me.

Does water...
drip from under the car when you run the A/C?
Other than an open window/bad seal, I can think of two things - the plenum is filling up with water and overflowing through the filter/fresh air intake. That doesn't seem very likely.
I'd guess that the drain tube from the A/C evaporator is plugged, so the condensation is overflowing instead of draining.
It's been a while, but look for an open hose coming out of the passenger side of the firewall (I think it pokes through the insulation) - you'll have to take the bellypan off to see it. Poke a straightened coathanger up there to unplug it. Be prepared for a bunch of grungy water to come out - it's usually mold and slime that plugs it up.
