Car Movers
Hey folks. Moving a TT across the country via car moving company -- any suggestions/good vendors/things to look out for? I know I should load up the PhatBox, change the oil, and have a grand old road trip, but I am time challenged and need to ship the TT. Big thanks for any advice.

I used Express Auto Transport a couple of times with mostly good results, here's the deal>>
most if not all of these companies DO NOT employ their own drivers. They simply set up jobs and sell them to the lowest bidder. So any of them can be hit or miss. I had one bad experience out of many where the driver tried to make the recipient of the car pay extra because he wasn't aware the trip took him so far outside the city. He also claimed he got a ticket from a cop for driving on a back road that didn't allow semis and wanted to be reimbursed for that. He did the right thing by not paying but instead calling Express back... they straightened it out.

http://www.expressautotransport.com/</a
