car won't boost. I know it's a leak... where should I look first?

small hose onthe top of the DV is a chronic troublemaker. it cracks lengthwise from the end

forgot to post mods... I've got a Forge 007 DV with new vac line, APR software, TTDA, Forge FMIC.
