Default Car won't start. What's going on?

My car won't start. The dash lights flicker a little when the car is turned to "on," and when I try to turn it over the lights completely go off and there is no noise or anything. I checked every fuse and they appear normal. The last thing I did was program the homelink for my garage door. I didn't try to start it immediately after programing it.

Anyone have any ideas what is causing it? The stealership is closed until sunday and I'd hate to have the car unusable for the whole holiday weekend.

I tried that and it didn't work. Its acting like something electrical versus a bad battery. When I insert the key the computer display says "Fuse". The fob works for unlocking the door and popping the hatch. One thing I did notice in looking at the battery was a lot of build up on the negative terminal. Any revelations about the "fuse" indicator.
