Be Careful of ESP Retrofit!
Carefully inspect your car when it comes back from the ESP retrofit. We have a lake silver 180Q that just came back from the spoiler/ESP operation and, when it arrived at the dealership, it had 13lbs of tire pressure in its PZeros! After filling up the tires and taking off the plastic, however, the car feels good as new and the brake pedal is quite firm. The ESP was fun in the snow last night, but whether it's a real help or another gadget is still to be decided.
Just thought I'd alert you guys... I had nightmarish visions of a TT hitting a speed bump on its way out of a dealership and getting two tire punctures immediately after delivery.
I think part of the pressure problem may be due to the warm temperatures in Texas where the work is done versus the cold temperatures in Chicago... but not resetting the clock and not checking the pressures upon arrival at the dealership is still inexcusable.
