Changed the temp sensor, why is the P1296 code coming back?? I also have a P1128 code too...thoughts

P1128 sounds like MAF. P1296 is a mistery to me with the new temp sensor. Any symptoms?

Symptoms: tough to tell, haven't noticed anything powerwise. Someone said to disconnect the neg

terminal of the battery and that will reset the codes in hopes that only the P1296 will come back.

P1128 is the MAF. Did you totaly clear the codes after temp sensor was replaced?

No, i definitely didn't. How do I?

I read a how to and the last step after putting in the new plug was to take it for a drive and see if the light comes back on. I did that, the light was gone for about a week, but now it's back.

Can I clear the code by disconnecting the negative battery terminal, or...? How
