Default Changing "back to stock" the color of wheels that have been powder coated?

If I could get a set of wheel at a good price, does anyone know how much it would cost to have the wheels refinish to plain old silver finish.

Would it damage the wheel or anything?

happy turkey day!

Default You would have to get the wheels sandblasted then chemically

treated prior to powder coating them. If you have them done make sure the local job shop you go to uses either a GMA Acryllic or Polyester eith TGIC or E-Cap Urethane. If you get a metallic finish I recommend a top clear coating. Pick a good job shop in your area that has references and has done this sort of thing before...cant give you any prices because depending upon area and coating type it can be all over the map.
