Default Chipping a 180Q

How hard is it to Chip a car? what is involved, is it just unscrewing a cover and pulling the old chip and dropping in a new one? From everyone's experiances how easy was it, and what kind of preformace gains did you get with what chip? Finally what is the cheapest (good) place to get one?

Thanks<p>Thomas R Reminga
