Chips at altitude?

Chips at altitude?
Anyone have their TT chipped living at high
altitude? I work/live between about 7500 - 9500
feet and somewhere I heard some chips may not be
able to compenstate for the higher altitudes.
Anyone here have any experience with this? If so,
what, and with what chips?
Can I get away running a higher octane program
with lower octane gas (say 93 with 91) at altitude?

I also live and work at the same altitude and have an APR 93 oct chip.
The difference is noticeable: first, because at high altitude the turbo makes a difference, and second because the chip increases the boost. So go ahead and enjoy, you'll notice the difference immediately. Don't forget to add a DV and and aftermarket exhaust system.

Cool- the answer I was looking for
Have the DV - the exhaust is probably next on
the list. Do you run 93 octane with the 93
program, or can you get away with less? I can't
even get 93 around here.
