Default Cluster replaced, now . . . (please help)

Just had cluster replaced for faulty temperature gauge. Now, the instrument panel no longer shows the gear, the radio station, even the brake message when the car is first started. Also the fasten seatbelt noise is no longer a ding-type noise but a really annoying almost buzzer-like sound. In addition, when I turn off the car, the radio will not turn off! Obviously, I am going to call the dealer and get this resolved, but I just wanted to see if anyone had a similar experience. Did they even install the correct cluster here??? As you can tell, I'm venting some here, but please post your experiences as well.
Thanks.

Default could be a wrong year cluster? or CAN-BUS related issue. i noticed the buzzer

noise when i got my cluster changed. got used to the alert noise only after 2 months.
