Cluster warning / temperature
I just bought the car few days ago and I did not have a chance to read the manual in details, but I know that this warning appears when the engine is overheating. Any ideas why it came on when the engine was cold?
Thanks for the input...
p.s. It has plenty of coolant...
Just make sure you get the right one...you can check the link below for the correct model...

http://www.ecstuning.com</a

Another failure point id the temp sensor. Many here have upgraded to the newer part. Your 2000 may take the old Blue square shouldered sensor. Newer cars use the oval plugged one and the color is now green. Simple and cheap fix..

I got scared there for a second, because I just bought the car and wasn't expecting any problems this soon... the thing has 39k miles! Thanks a lot!
