Clutch issue started today. Any thoughts.
Today something strange happened when I was on my lunch break with my clutch. It seems like it doesn't disengage all the way sometimes. I will be at a light and have the clutch all the way down while in 1st and I can feel it pulsing a and it makes the engine sound much louder. If I put the car in neutral and take the foot off the clutch it goes away. However all gears seem like all gears shift fine and the only issue is neutral.
On my way home when I first started out it seemed to be fine. When I got to a light by my house it did it again. So it seems to be happening off and on.
I have never had clutch issues before so I am not sure if this means it is gone or if there is just something just needs to be adjusted.
I am going to the shop tomorrow but wanted to hear what you guys think this might be and what I should prepare myself from.

2 thoughts from experience
1. The quick analysis is that it's your master/slave cylinder failing.
2. My last honda had a (seriously) bolt in the clutch break off and rattle around. The symptoms were occasional failure to disengage - which looks like #1.
Bottom line - go get the clutch fixed before you fry your transmission.

sounds like a clutch about to go..
had the same happen to me, when mine went at about 50k miles.
it's not generally covered by warranty, however my Audi dealer hooked me up and covered it.
guess it depends on your dealer, and if they feel like being nice.

Sounds like either the throwout bearing...
or the slave cylinder is starting to go.
The clutch disc is a wear item, but either of those should be covered under warranty.
You might want to bleed the clutch cylinder - if there's some air in it, that could prevent full clutch disengagement, too.
