Coolant Line Connected to AC?

Coolant Line Connected to AC?
I have a leak in a coolant line that I believe runs from the AC to the ac evaporator in front of the main radiator. The hose runs from the ac, in back of the oil filter and connects to the evaporator at the lower driver's side. The hose is a combination of rubber and hard line and is marked reapeatedly with 17/07/99. Can anyone ID this part? Have a P/N?
