Creep in Z3M.
Saturday night I had dinner @ a place near my office. I happen to look out the window @ my car parked in a restricted area that is patroled 24 hrs. when I noticed the owner approaching his Z3 parked next to my TT.
The middle-aged, fat, bald headed guy is preparing to saddle-up and leave when he got out of his car and removed envelope type parking ticket from his windshield. Without pause, he walked over to my car and slid it under my windshield wiper.
People just don't surprise me anymore.

So did you tear it up?
I mean, just because its on your car doesn't mean it doesn't have his plate on it... He won't pay, and hopefully he'll have to take his *** to court so they don't take away his registration.
Now, for touching your car...I woulda opened the window and thrown a stapler at him...or got a squirt gun and made it rain. =)

Re: So did you tear it up?
I'm a vengeful soul, and hate it when people tamper with what is mine. I would probably take this to a whole new extreme. It is quite obvious that if it is a ticket, it will have his plates on it, or at least some way of tracing the ticket back to him. Without any kind of trace to him, the ticket would be pointless.
I would likely do something along the following lines:
Take said ticket which identifies said individual, return it in the attached envelope with a note, saying something along the lines of:
I'm not paying this **@#* ticket, and I refuse to be bullied by your communist society! One day, we will rise up against your tyranical government, and take back what is rightfully ours!
This should get some blood moving down at the P.D., perhaps get some FBI involved, and certainly will at minimum have said BMW owner get a nice phone call.
But again, this is the way a vengeful, spiteful person such as myself would take care of the situation. I certainly wouldn't suggest anyone else do the same.....

I have great dreams of doing things like that...
...but most likely would just end up with tearing it up, or mailing it back to the PD.
Now, if he had opened his door into my car...the gloves are off. I'm still annoyed that the building manager at work put a note under my wiper about my parking job. I had parked pretty close to the curb on the end spot of a row so I had plenty of room between me and the next car. I don't care if he criticizes me...JUST DON"T TOUCH MY CAR!!!!!!!

Creep on 78 West...
Driving west on 78, with an older Chevy driven by a goateed, construction-looking guy ahead of me. He wasn't yielding, I wanted to go faster than him, and it was safe to pass on the right.
So I begin my pass, and the guy guns his engine so as to prevent me from entering the lane. I probably could have made it anyway, put didn't want to push things. I look at the loser, and he has the meanest look on his face, spitting, cussing and flipping me off. He then swerved hard a couple of times toward my lane, as if he were going to broadside me. No, I had not been tailgating, flashing lights, or anything like that, but I did return his "salute".
What's wrong with people anyway?
