Default dahlback and apr stage 3 for 180hp model

anyone know if the dahlback manifold will work with the forge fmic...i think it will, but wondering if anyone has any experience with this - also, I can't get a straight answer from apr or dahlback but would there be a bigger increase using their manifold vs. the 225 manifold that comes with the forge fmic?

Default Yes, it will work. You can skip the forge 225 manifold and just get the normal

225 kit from them or OCT and the Dahlback manifold.

Then use Samco hoses.

well, I already have the forge fmic with the 225 manifold...good to know that it will work...anyone know if there is truly an acclaimed gain of 30hp over the stock 225 manifold..?

I have yet to see a dyno of that claim.

Default I am about to have this very set up. I'm putting the manifold on on Thursday...

and then am going to dyno the car on Friday so we will all know once and for all if you can get 30 hp increase on a 300hp 1.8t engine.

beautiful, can you let me know...if it does indeed give at least 25hp on a 1.8T with stage 3 then I will most likely end up getting it...if you don't mind me asking, what was the damage..?

Default Re: dahlback and apr stage 3 for 180hp model

i just looked on the dahlback site and they only claim 10-15hp ona a 300hp engine...wondering where the 30hp claim is coming from...$750 for 10-15 seems a bit high for me...that's even if it's that much...

Default The design is solid.. it's from the Lehmann Skoda Rally car apparently....

It's not only about horsepower, it's about driveability, boost recovery, etc.

I know that it is how they got their 360 kit up to that HP level...
