Damn, damn, damn.... UPS man just delivered my Bilsteins....
not only did I get screwed out of the sports for the rear, RD/shox.com also deemed it OK (without me approving) to send me the HD's for the fronts as well. To add insult to injury, they charged me the group rate (for the sports) for the HD's.... Argh!!!!
I guess that having the HD's will probably not make much of a difference as I do not plan on lowering the TT... but to charge the same for the HD's as what they were selling the Sports for... kinda pisses me off!!!! (They really do not want this pissed off raving lunatic Croatian on their ***...)
Gotta wait till tommorow to talk to someone there....
Sorry for the rant... I'm just PO'ed because I find this out, right in the middle of replacing my fork on my MTB and find out that I cannot get my old headset cups out of my frame.... gotta wait till tomorrow for the bike shop to open so they can press them out.... just plain not a good day for me.....
I guess on the brite side... no power outages today

That is what I was billed for... I thought the HD's were cheaper than the sports?!?!?
That is why I'm calling in the am... I'm more miffed about the $$ not the HD vs Sports... although I WANTED the sports.... Need tires badly and wanted to do everything together... cannot wait till mid July (or whenever the latest date is) for the Sports to become available....

Got the old headset off... need a press to get the new ones in.... :(
I really wanted to ride the bike with the new fork..... 125mm of travel, variable on the fly compression dampening adjustment.... can't wait to ride on it....
What did you get for the UPS??? I've been doing a little dumpster diving at the old company and finding all kinds a little parts for my generator controller... now if I could only get my lazy *** to finish the design and get it built!!!
